The parking garage had no signs as to where to go for the lobby. The lobby I found first was closed with signs pointing to another door. The other door is locked and closed. After finding the seemingly hidden main lobby, the staff member who started checking me in was very rude before he passed me off to someone else. The second person to help me gave me a layered map and at least three long sentences full of directions to find the room. There were again no signs anywhere as to where rooms are. I had a very long day on the road so I just went all the back to ask for someone to guide me. The guy they sent with me, made things more confusing than they already were. He started helping other people who were lost and was not helpful at all about explaining how to get to the room. The room I had was so loud I could hear the elevator running up and down all night long. It was the most frustrating check in experience I have ever had in my entire life. And a terrible nights sleep. I will never stay in this hotel or any other large hotel like this again. You get what you pay for, spend a little more and go somewhere with friendly staff and quiet cozy rooms, trust me.
