Super super clean and friendly staff. Very nice ladies helped at the front desk and kind people also staying there. Coffee/hot water VERY convenient 24hrs and the safest area. Very quiet and spacious

Room was just ok. Staff was helpful and friendly. Probably perfect for men traveling long term. There were definitely people living there and receiving mail full-time. Coming from a tourist town that was kind of odd for me.

Clean Rooms

My room was VERY CLEAN!!!! The bathroom was the highlight of it all, the area where this hotel is is very quite…..but….the only thing which is not so nice is that this is a pet friendly place……and it looks like the people in the room next to mine left two dogs into the room when they were outside and….oh….expect for ling night dog barkings next to your room…..I had to ask the reception to move me to another room which they did that quick and I was happy for their quick response, there is a huge refrigerator and large microwave in the room too, the rest was ok to me, once again those rooms are so clean

For a cheap room it was OK. Not the most friendly staff. Not the most desirable people standing outside of the hotel at night walking in from parking lot. Spend the extra $50 and go down to the street to a national brand..

Noisy! The walls are paper thin. In the lobby we were greeted by the front desk clerk, while a groupbof teenage boys in the lobby were loud and used profane language. After a 6 hr drive to the hotel all I wanted was sleep. The rooms on all sides remained noisy til 10:30. Beds were lovely. The room was clean. The service was good. Overall it was just loud!

It was a little out of the way for the reason I went to Colorado for, but I found that I really liked WoodSprings and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and had a kitchenette (which I only used the refrigerator). The ONLY negative issue was that I think "Big Foot' was staying on the floor above me. Bang, bang, bang! But that was to be expected.

Great staff horrid housekeeping

Incredibly dirty. It has so much potential due to its location, but the house keeping and maintenence needs A LOT of work. The front desk staff was so kind and made checking in and even with our our choice to leave and request a refund was super kind.

THIS PLACE GAVE ME THE ICK! If you’re female and traveling solo, I’m probably writing this for you. I literally did the check in process, got to my room, and walked out. I gave my keys back and left. I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund or anything because I had absolutely no valid complaint. I just felt a weird energy and my brain screamed…girl, leave, NOW. I initially booked it because it was affordable and close to I-25 with lots of dining options and proximity to things to do. But immediately I walked to the door, the frames looked dirty. Then during check-in I got more and more uncomfortable. I’ve never been to a hotel that had so many check-in rules and a multiple booklet rules. I don’t know it just felt weird. The staff I interacted with was fine. Nothing bad happened. The room looked fine. This was just a matter of following my guts. Maybe I watch too many documentaries.

Functional and adequate. Sheets changed weekly. Clean sheets or towels earlier incurs a small fee. Washer and dryer on premises. Good staff does the best they can for the guests. Be sure to put your parking pass on your dashboard. Tow trucks are active.

The hotel staff was courteous in that they contacted me about 8hrs prior to check in that Expedia overbooked rooms and our room was cancelled. I will not be using Expedia for reservations any longer. Very disappointed.

Raving Bad Time

The room above must have put on a Rave as music and furniture moving from 12 midnight until 5 AM non stop. There is nobody at the office to complain to. This is an extended stay suite and it comes with all of the unexpected amenities of that type of environment.

Not a good short stay hotel.

Check-in was fairly easy. The room was very clean. I don’t think this was a good place to stay for short term. The room has bare minimum amenities; no body lotion, no hand towels, etc. I had to ask for extra cups, blow dryer, towels. The thing I didn’t like the most was we had no housekeeping for the 5 days we were there. Many hotels offer some kind of breakfast; there was nothing, only coffee. There were no places nearby to get anything. And there was no grocery store nearby either. Changing out used towels , having the bathroom cleaned and making the bed is important. I’m not sure I would stay here again.
