“This place is located in a sketchy area. The people coming in and out were pretty questionable. We kept the curtains shut and the do not disturb sign on the door. Didn't want people looking in the room. There was domestics down the hall one night and people doing drugs across the street at 711. I forgot my son's cologne in the room and tried contacting them to get it back. Yes, it's my fault for forgetting it, but I'm really disappointed that they made no effort to try and help me get it back....

“I liked the room it is big,We stayed 4nights but they never come to clean even i told to reciptionist. The most worse is,the downpayment that i paid with card it never send back to me,,that man reciptionist told me that it took a 3to 10 days before the bank sent me back,so i call the bank tomorrow let me see if the bank recieve it or not,But i dont think so that it cannot show in my online bank if he really sent back to my account ,I known in seconds it appears there if they recieve or someone...

“Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2...

“No mention of broken elevator on any of the websites....sign looks like its been a long standing issue Pool is covered with tarp and cant be used ...doors are busted throughout bldg dr?wall holes in ceiling of com.on areas Ac in room does not work and when i spoke with front desk .. i was advised that they are unable to do anything about it ... booking here was a mistake and ill be reporting it to wyndham....someone should be ashamed of themselves. Expedia should also expect and hold hotels...
