Great location! Nice to take breakfast on the lawn behind the rooms for the fabulous view. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Communication could have been better about hours of breakfast and offerings, there was conflicting information on line as to breakfast start time which got us behind schedule on the first day. Second day understood the process and no problems encountered with check out. Thanks!

Boulder, Colorado's Foot of the Mountain Motel is a find! This restful lodging is only a few minutes' drive west from the CU campus and the Pearl Street Mall, tucked among the trees above a quiet regional park (parents: with some playground equipment) that runs along Boulder Creek. Communications with the staff were cordial and added value. My room was spacious and arranged just right for movie watching after I arrived. There were more than enough outlets for charging electronics. The windows could be opened and enabled a pleasant cross-draft that helped me cool off. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Whenever I need to stay overnight in Boulder, I'll try to book here first.
