"The room itself was lovely however , there was no remote for the tv and no way of ringing down to reception as no information was given on how to do this and at 10pm after changing wandering down wasn’t an option …. Also while looking for said remote we found rubbish under the bed and bedside table food packets bottle lids and dust galore on the bedside table …. The rest of the stay was lovely great locations staff friendly and easy check in and out xx"

"Good one night stay, with my daughter, to attend the AO arena. Easy check in, friendly staff. Everything good! Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location for everywhere we wanted to get to. All within walking distance for us. "

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times & it’s in a really convenient spot just a few minutes walk to the city centre & reasonable parking across the road (not Aytoun Street parking as spaces are really tight there’s one a little further round with plenty of spaces & £15 for 24 hours, Major Street I think) Staff were friendly & helpful & room was clean with everything we needed"

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."
