"Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us. We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Their mid day fruit plates were refreshing. The place is all yours and feel free to communicate with the staff. "The staff were so kind and accommodating, room was clean, and location (therefore views from the hotel) are amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us freeze my mom’ ice packs for keeping her insulin chilled. "

"Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me. "

"Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen. "

"After an unplanned delay in Turkey, we chose to come to Sile whilst we waited for our visas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering that we arrived at 6am, they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and got our room ready at 9.30am. The rooms were perfect and very clean and comfortable.An unexpected but delightful stay. A nice alternative to the busyness of Istanbul and only 1 hr form the airport Thank you "
