It was a great room, the only issue we had was only 2 full size towels and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were extra small.

Give them a try, you wont regret!
Close to freeway but quiet enough. Desk people nice. Room very clean and bed was comfortable. Maid service person knows her job very well! Price was good even with the GOP and Trump in town. Breakfast offered was a good surprise.

Absolutely would stay here again
Many breakfasts options. This is the first hotel I've encountered that had hot chocolate, a yogurt machine with 6-9 toppings you could add in, and even popcorn machine. Scrambled eggs actually tasted like eggs and they had salsa if you wanted to add that too. The fancy wave your hand pancake maker was neat. The workers kept the breakfast area very clean as well. The room was great. Comfy bed, pillows squished to the perfect height (for me). Hot tub (in room) was clean and didn't have tacky mirrors surrounding it like most places, smart tv worked well and had both apps and channel options, TV swiveled to watch in tub or bed, Off brand keurig maker (with pods) in room, windows opened which was nice, and even the shower water pressure was decent. The only issue we came across was the blackout curtains and door frame to the hall. They weren't great at blocking our the light so it did get a bit bright in the room as soon as the light came up. Staff was super friendly and accommodating- both night shift and day shifts. Also, absolutely love that the hotel was decorated for the Christmas season (inside and out). Probably one of the top 5 (affordable) hotels I've stayed at.

it was a beautiful room and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on our trip. I questioned the $ 50 fee that would supposedly not going to be charged in addition to the regular fee? I still see it as pending even though we’ve checked out hours ago.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was great. Adter the 1st night we had to change rooms because the AC fan was smelling. She gave us a new room with no problem. Also I had to cancel one day and add another day. She said no prolem and didn't charge us.This was our 2nd trip here. Would do it again. ROOM was very clean, and beds are comfy. Breakfast was good and hot

We enjoyed it but the jacuzzi wasn't very clean and we had hair all over. Was bummed for the price we paid. But the staff was great and breakfast was amazing.

A little out of control.
Somehow, the hotel was under the assumption that I had requested an accessible room. I told the gentleman at the front desk upon check-in that I had not, but I was put in an accessible room anyway. The room was fine and comfortable. There were groups of 20-something African American teens running around the hallways shouting and laughing until nearly midnight. I was somewhat uncomfortable by their behavior, so I didn’t leave my room until morning.

Nice towels and hotel, weird service
Stay was great. Check in thumbs up. We came in with the dog (having stayed here many times before). For some reason, I guess we did not get charged a pet fee. And we had a room with carpet that was quiet. All good. We have a quiet non shedding dog and we’re just sleeping there on the road. We checked out the next am and the new clerk was mad we hadn’t been charged enough for the pet and that we weren’t in a pet room. No idea why this was my fault, but I paid the fee no problem. Bad service to ask for it then though, esp after staying 8 hours and there being a crummy breakfast as well (yogurt and toaster machines did not work). I will say checkin was great. And the towel folding extraordinary.
