The property only accepted cash and couldn’t make change. Sent me to a gas station to make my own change. Then property didn’t give my change back. No coffee cups, no ice, no wash cloths and none of outside doors locked.

There was dried blood on sheets and vomit on top blanket. They would not get us a new room, only offered to change sheets. Hallways smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. Disgusting!

Hidden $200 deposit for a $44 room. Tried to alter the reservation Expedia couldnt and said to call hotel. They got smart ass with me and then told me i had to make a deposit. Deposit is in website but dropped way at bottom and even though it is the only item in the category you have to click to expand to see the one extra item. From the looks of it there shouldnt have been a need to hide it. It had more than enogh space to been seen normally. To boot, when you pay with Klarna the app runs so slow the screen barely lets you make the reservation. If you click on something, say to expand the fees, it doesnt respond. I tried within 15 minutes to have it canceled and even spent an hour contacting expedia. Couldn't give them a phone number but gave them an email. Never heard from them I uae this site everytime i go somewhere, and i used my rewards for this. What a crock of crap

I was greeted at the desk by a note that said to check in nextdoor at another motel. The room was clean but definitely in need of repair. The bed was comfortable. There were no working ice machines in either hotel. Breakfast was also served in the other hotel. I wont be returning

I could hear the tv in the room next to me all night and then a car putside my room had the alarm go off several times thru the night. If u needed anything i had to go to a different hotel. I will not stay at this property again

Not good. I am not sure how this facility has an occupancy permit. Terribly dilapidated both interior and exterior. No working TVs, no breakfast, not sure where the photos were airbrushed from. Wasn't looking for anything special, nor a reason to write a review, however, I am shocked that this property is allowed to represent either Wyndham or Hotels.com or any travel app. Smell of sewage and too many other issues to list. Bad decision on my part.

Definitely get what you paid for
You get what you pay for. No more. We had to check in at the Baymont hotel that is adjacent to super 8 because there was no one at the front desk. We had to go get a key card reactivated at least every other day because it wouldn’t let us into our room. Housekeeping doesn’t come into your room unless you check out. We had to go ask for more towels 3 times because no one comes and replaces them. There is no breakfast like it is advertised on the website. The only breakfast is over at Baymont and you have to have a room there in order to get breakfast. They said it was just because super 8 is “under staffed,” but there was no breakfast room ANYWHERE in the super 8. Not bad for just an overnight stay, but don’t recommend it for an extended period of time. WiFi was really the only thing that was reliable:/

I waited in the lobby for 45 mins to be checked in staff never came I called the property multiple times. The n had to find a new hotel to stay in so we could sleep for the night. I may never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. We had wrestlers who needed to be in bed and rested we made an 8 hour drive from Oklahoma I’m pretty furious. I left a note on the counter to be contacted and was not.

Not the best experience
Remote for TV only controlled changing channels, not powering off or on or changing the volume. Bathroom had no wash cloths for showering. Floor had a bottle cap from previous guests. No coffee in room to use with coffee maker. No continental breakfast,as advertised on website, not even coffee. The hallways and stairs need vacuumed. The ice machine is broken. And finally, when I attempted to contact customer support I could only find a phone number for reservations. I called that number and was offered the customer support number. Unfortunately the room I was in had no paper or pen to write down the number. I was transferred to customer support where the message told me to go to the website “www.Wyndhamhotels.com” or go to the front desk. The website has no place to send a message to submit a complaint. There was no guest service representative at the front desk. Such a waste of my time.

Really the only good thing I could say is that the bedding/room seemed to be clean and plenty of channel options on the TV. The building and maintenance is in bad shape. Things were broken, really bad paint jobs, room was missing toilet paper and kleenex, the room fridge wasn't working. We walked across the courtyard area that needed some TLC to eat breakfast at Baymont next door because we couldn't find it in our hotel. We weren't planning on using the pool and it's a good thing because it doesn't look like it's had water in it for a very long time. This hotel worked fine for a quick overnight stay but definitely not one that I would use for anything else.

Check in was horrible. A sign that says to go to hotel adjoining to checkin due to short staff. Okay. Went and had to walk back with staff to check in at Super 8. Fine. Got room and went. Room was not clean. Door was propped open and laundry everywhere and fridge torn apart on bed. Back tp front desk. Clerk went back to adjoining hotel. Ugh. Went to other hotel. Back to Super 8 to change rooms. Great. Get to room. Its presentable. Shower was falling apart. A bag tied over the smoke detector from previous oeople to smoke in room. No ice on either hotel properties. Front rug was a major trip hazard. TV remote didnt turn TV on/off or change volume. No controls on the TV. Had to unplug TV to turn off. Breakfast was 6-9am. No breakfast offered. Room was a catch all for other crap. You get what you pay for...spend a little more and stay somewhere where they *want* you to be there.

Desk clerk was friendly but sent us to a room that was occupied. 2nd room had a bad smell. Bed and bath were very clean. It was a nonsmoking no pet hotel but there was smells of smoke and burns in curtain. Bed was nice and firm for us. At night tile hall was very dirty but in the morning it was clean. I'm sure their very understaffed.

This is the most disgusting property we have booked. Dirty laundry in the hallway, carpets and everything else were dirty, mold on the ceiling, bathroom wasn't cleaned, urine smell down the hall and in the room and furniture was in need of replacement.

This was not the hotel pictured. They used the hotel next door. There was a truck that looked lived in that was wrecked into the column in the front of the building. Cars and people were in and out constantly. It was noisy and not cleaned. Pee was all over the floor in the bathroom. It was just bad. If it wouldn't have been so late, we would have tried to find something else but we were pressed for time and needed rest. :(

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in . I should have walked out when the check in said there was no desk clerk after 9"00 PM Also no security door locks No breakfast as specified in the rental brochure. No toilet paper. No attendants of any kind until 7:00AM the next day.

Hello, John. I'm not sure where you heard that information; but we do have a desk clerk as well as other staff on-site 24 hours a day everyday. Since we are two hotels on the same property, you may not always see a clerk at the desk; but there is a sign and phone at the desk that you can use to contact the desk clerk at any time! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. We were on our way home from 12 days of camping and just wanted a clean and quiet hotel. There was no one at the desk when we arrived at 930pm and I had to keep looking around until i finally saw a sign to call a number. The person answers hello (I have no idea if its this business or not). It was he came from wherever he was. He was friendly I will say that. The area was VERY sketchy. It looked like people were living there. A woman was walking around the lobby with 2 bags of trsh saying it hadn't been picked up in days. I did not want to stay but we had driven 15 hrs that day and needed sleep. Get to our room, the tv doesn't work at all, the remote isn't even correct. There is 1 bath towel for a double queen room booked with 2 occupants. There is only a sheer curtain blocking the privacy on the 1st floor. (The other curtain didn't close). We had to jury rig the other curtin to make it private. There is no holder for toilet paper so its just sitting on the counter. The bathroom door doesn't fully close. The sheets were clean but the chair in the room was stained. On our way out, we wanted to fill our cups with ice water. That machine wasn't working either.

It was pretty dirty in the lobby and hallways. lots of dark stains. it smelled bad too. For being a non smoking place seemed to be a lot of smell of smoke in the whole hotel. Breakfast area was closed down they said for renovations but didn't see any work being done. Also pool was closed due to being broken. Which I wish would have stated online because we would have chosen a different hotel. We had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast or to use the pool. Our room was not too bad, bed was uncomfortable but okay. It was clean. Just again in the bathroom you could smell smoking through the exhaust when that turned on. Was not happy at all. for the amount of money we paid made no sense. Also we got what was descirbed as a "deluxe room, 2 queen beds" There was nothing deluxe about the room. When I asked the front desk person he said it was deluxe because it has a couch. Our room did not have a couch in it. It was just a regular double queen room that we paid more for. Wish I could get a refund.

Check in ok. Room alright. No breakfast/coffee. Key card sucked. 3 times to front desk from room farthest in back. 30 minutes locked out. Finally someone used a “key” and got in. Sweating and uncomfortable. Going to shower and leave. Not best travel experience.

This property was filthy. There was what looked like blood on tissue holder, a hair on my pillow and semen on a bedspread. After obtaining a new room, the room had a dirty toilet top, stained sheets and the room had zero toilet paper. I suffered through one night but stayed somewhere the second. I paid extra money to not sleep in disgust. I will probably never use this site to book again.

The worst experience ever
Well where should I start. I booked two rooms one for me and one for my sister. My sister checked in and then someone comes in with a key…they checked someone else into her room. I check in a few hours later the sold out of my room I booked. Front desk was super rude and said we booked third party what did we expect. The get thousand of check ins from them and were over booked. They had a king size bed. I had myself, my husband and our 12 yr old daughter. We weren’t going to be able to share a bed. Asked if the room had a couch they didn’t. Didn’t have a cot either. My sisters family went home with Headlice. Definitely won’t be going back there.
