“Its a very nice and basic place to stay. Its on par with the rest of the hotels in the Julian area. Nothing fancy but it works great for coming back to recharge and get rest for the activities for the next day. The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. We will be coming back again!!!!! Thank you Apple Tree Inn!!!!”

“Dirty! The walls, doors and bathtub were dirty. We had issues with the balcony slider, not locking, we had to call in maintenance within 15 minutes from checking in. Also, the front door kept not locking in intermittently. Not happy at all. Would not stay there again. Not only was the area sketchy, but some of the people staying at the hotel were sketchy. Maybe they lived there, not just temporary residents?”
