This condo has all the amenities you will need aside from your food and personal belongings. It is very well stocked and comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable if you like cushy. The beach area the ad speaks of is very small and if you are going during the peak season you will want to make sure you have another area to visit in case there is no room. We went to the state park beach and loved that there was restrooms and so much beach available. Overall we had a great vacation and a comfy place to return to each evening. The host, Mark is very responsive to any questions or concerns!
