“For a small town it was much nicer than I expected it to be”

“When I arrived to check in, the property had explained that they had over booked and sent me to another property across the street that was under the same management. It would have been respectful if the property had reached out to me to let me be aware of this prior to arrival.”

“Location was good to everything in town but property needs lots of repairs to broken things in the rooms. Breakfast area was minimal and waffle maker was a challenge to operate.”

“The rooms were clean. Towels and everything were dragonfly themed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I could tell the remodel was donewith a budget crew - paneling was warped and coming off the wall & a piece of the vinyl floor was being held down with tape instead of properly repaired. Lots of paint slopped all over the property. Some leaks apparent because wall paint in halls was bubbled off of drywall. Other than construction workers staying there tracking in mud, it was clean. “The hotel was a typical cheap hotel. The worst was the breakfast. The only hot food they offered was eggs with tons of water in them. It looked like at one point there might of been some kind of meat but it was never refilled even after the attendent came to check everything. We even waited about 15 minutes for meat to come.”

“The room was clean and modern and staff was responsive. The towels were thin, but okay. We could only get a few YouTube channels on TV and no local channels. There were steps inside the room that need to be marked clearly. Nearly tripped on them twice. Could have used hooks or place to hang clothes. Great location in Hastings though and would stay there again.”

“DO NOT REFER ANYBODY TO THIS PLACE. IT IS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. THE STAFF IS ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY,BUT THE FACILITY ISN'T SAFE TO STAY IN.”

“The location was nice. Just off the highway. However, the attached restaurant was closed and it was early evening. Only one other restaurant close by. According to the hotel staff the other close restaurants are fifteen minutes from the hotel. The room was high but barely furnished. One chair and an old couch. Both looked like they were from 1950. Walls were bare. I took pictures for the review. The main carpets in the halls were very dirty.”
