“Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above ”

“When I arrived at the property, the property managers overbooked the hostel (I was never given an official reason but the attendant said they could not find my reservation number at check-in) and I was forced to go to another hostel further away and with worse amenities. Before I was moved, I was also forced to pay a fee (they didn't tell me what it was for after I asked) that was more than double of the amount Expedia said I would be paying at check-in. With this in mind, I can not recommend...
