“좋았던 점: 공항과 가까움, 물놀이 시설 좋음, 방이 깨끗하고 방이 큼 나빴던 점: 직원 태도 때문에 체크인 때 매우 기분이 안좋았음. 도착하니 종이 한장 주고 쓰라고 하고 아무런 안내도 없었음. 방 키를 주면서도 리조트 시설이나 룸 컨디션에 대한 안내를 안해줌. 하나 하나 물어봐야 했음. 식사가 맛이 없음. 음식이 바뀌지도 않고 과일도 신선하지 않고 맛이 없음. 점심 레스토랑은 정말 실망. 수영장 주변 타일이 매우 미끄러워 위험함. 아이들이 넘어져 머리를 박는걸 여러번 봤음. 담배를 수영장 주변이나 스낵바에서 제한없이 필 수 있어 아이들이 담배연기에 노출되 기분이 나빴음. 체크아웃 할 때도 약속한 시간에 짐을 가질러 오지 않아 전화해서 독촉해야 했음. 전반적으로 직원들 태도가 불쾌함”

“Wir sind eigentlich keine AllInclusive-Urlauber aber der Aufenthalt im Jaz Casa Del Mar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der hervorragende Service von unserem Kellner Mostafa hat alles übertroffen. Es wurde sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem regional gekocht, was uns sehr erfreute und auch eine hervorragende Qualität war. Das gesamte Personal legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!”

“어린아이들이 있어 리조트, 올인클루시브 자주 이용하는데 음식은 가본 곳 중 최고였어요. 깨끗하고 편안하고 전체적으로 아주 좋았어요. 직원들이 다른 리조트에 비해 전체적으로 엄청 프렌들리하진 않지만 그렇다고 불진철한 건 아니라 불편하진 않았어요. 다만 딱 한명 조식부페에서 팁을 요구한 어처구니 없는 직원이 있었네요ㅎㅎ 친절한 직원들도 많아서 그럴땐 알아서 팁을 주는데 별로 한 것도 없는 직원이 갑자기 밥먹는데 다가와서 주머니에서 유로동전 잔뜩 넣은 비닐을 꺼내 보여주며 팁을 당당히 요구ㅎㅎ 현금 없다고 하니 정색하며 내일 가져오라고까지 하네요. 아 다시 쓰면서도 황당합니다. 호텔측에 정식으로 항의할까 하다가 말았어요. 그 직원만 아니면 100% 만족인데 아쉬워요. ”

“숙소가 아주 멋있었습니다 일단 들어가자마자 조경이 멋졌고 수영장도 아주 맘에 들었습니다 워터슬라이드도 이용해보고 싶었으나 추워서 못해봐서 아쉬웠습니다 오전 요가프로그램 저녁 공연프로그램 등 다양한 활동이 있고 각 팀별 직원들이 돌아다니며 홍보하고 설명해줍니다 대부분의 직원들이 친절했으나 어떤 직원은 저희가 지나갈때 차이나!!!라고 외쳐서 기분이 나빴습니다 ”

“The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from.”

“Everythis is ok but frontdesk service. Call my room everyday for reminding check out time. I think enough only 1time but they called many time and I remember rude people in frontdesk. Hes name is Hazem. Except him everything is ok”

“Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."”

“This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. “Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again ”

“We loved our stay at Desert Rose! My family stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The food is decent — good amount of choice for a buffet style hotel and a la carte restaurants were OK.
