Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.

This hotel is situated along a stretch of road where there are the best food and drink options and just a 10 minute walk to the city center where the market is. Great shopping lines the street so it's always a nice stroll otherwise thet will shuttle you for free. The hotel staff is THE FRIENDLIEST we have met in all of Bali. This hotel was tucked away in unspoiled nature. Seeing the steam rise from the canyon after a rain never disappointed. On the first night, monkeys were migrating through my yard. I think they wanted the welcoming fruit basket. Jero took really good care of us. It was also nice talking to Agas, who has a sister in Nashville. Everyone was so friendly. I am not a fine diner, but I can appreciate the care and effort the restaurant staff took. Edi took time to talk about the local dishes created.

Wonderful! It’s a truly magical place - gorgeous views, so peaceful, easy access to excellent food, and so helpful with arranging transport and activities around the island.

Our stay at the Legian was remarkable. To be fair, I have stayed at multiple 5 star rated resorts in the US and Caribbean and our experience here blew the others away. We actually ended up extending our stay by another two nights because we didn't want to leave. If you are able, I absolutely recommend staying in one of the private villas. The staff was wonderful! We were treated like royalty. Any thing we needed was quickly provided. The hotel will transport you to any location in Seminyak for free when you need it! They can even take you on excursions for an added charge. The villas were beautiful and well maintained. We had breakfast and afternoon tea cooked in our villa every day! Stayed in a very well maintained 1 bed room villa with private pool. Don't expect a hip environment but understated hospitality. Location is very quiet. Staff very competent with a can-do mentality and a big smile. Quiet luxury for total relaxation. Very highly recommended.

The villa and its facilities were surreal. Upon arrival we treated ourselves to an in house massage. The butler comes to your villa in the morning and cooks breakfast al la carte which just made our experience a memorable one.

Beautiful hotel amenities and rooms. Staff and food options were great! All the food is delivered straight to the room which made it nice for those lazy mornings. The hotel is tucked in a small road, so you do have to be careful as cars and motorcycles try to squeeze by. We were there for 4 nights - very walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping and spas.

This is a very small, quiet property with beautiful rooms and excellent service. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was served on our patio. The food was delicious, and it was so nice to have it brought right to our room. There is nothing that isn't amazing about this hotel. The villas provide views of the Indian Ocean, with gorgeous private pools in each, and great day beds attached. The service, restaurants, and general facilities are all perfect. We could have spent months here. Thanks for a great vacation Alila!

Beautiful property, food is wonderful and plentiful. Shuttle is great, very prompt, we also walked to town and back a few times. Spa is very nice. They have a tea and cakes tasting from 4-5pm everyday. Staff helped us set up excursions and rides. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. They are open to complaints and compliments.
