“방은 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되었습니다. 헬스장 규모가 좀 작다고 생각하며, 헬스장 업그레이드가 필요하다고 봅니다. 수영장이 야외로 되어 있는데, 실내 또는 Semi-indoor style로 탈바꿈하거나 수영장 주변 편의 시설 추가 등 헬스장과 마찬가지로 업그레이드가 필요하다고 생각됩니다. 최상층 일식당의 데판야끼 메뉴는, 요리를 하나씩 내어 주면서, 따뜻하게 즐길 수 있어야 하는데, 한꺼번에 모든 요리를 내어 주다보니 데판야끼로서의 가치가 낮아진다고 생각됩니다. 조식 뷔페에서 커피나 오믈렛을 주문하여 받는데 시간이 오래 걸립니다. 좀 더 빠른 서비스를 바랍니다. 프론트 직원 외 모든 직원들이 이용객들에게 친절하게 잘 대응한다고 생각됩니다. ”

“the hotel staff is not polite or professional, if you are staying with your partner or wife keep your marriage certificate with you. If you leave the hotel every time your identity is checked and the room key card is reprogrammed. Car parking is another issue. ”

The hotel is modern, clean, very beautifully decorated with stunning art pieces, toiletries are from CONATURAL which is my all time favourite organic brand and above all the restaurant on-site is not be missed as the food is always too good. I have stayed here couple of times before and it's always amazing experience. Highly recommended to fellow travellers.”
