“They need more activities. Staff need better training specially the restaurant staff who were caught lying. Never faced such irresponsible behaviour in my travel history. The resort does not have any activities after dinner and is very dark lighting need to improve”

“Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell! I enjoyed my stay mostly.”

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”

“Beautiful location, helpful and friendly staff. Facilities and rooms need a renovations including ventilation fan in Washrooms. Swimming pool is magnificent and will consider staying again.”
