“Great stay, everything was perfect!”

“Stayed end of April and was a ghost town (off season). But still very pleasant staff and wonderful facility.”

“Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. ”

“Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

“It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

“A wonderful and relaxing wellnes hotel in a magical place. The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept 2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected . Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying .”

“Bansko'ya kayak tatili için arkadaşımla geldim. Bu otel Bansko da kayak tatili yapmak için ideal. Kayak kiralama opsiyonu sağlıyor ve şehirdeki diğer yerlere kıyasla daha ucuz. Biz günlük 20 levaya kiraladık. Kahvaltı güzel, akşam yemek porsiyonları da büyük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Şehir merkezinden biraz uzak.
