“Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!”

“This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. Just to name a few, Morgan, Rosetta, Joyce, Rosetta, Poppy as GM, Lucia, Evelyn and Many, Many more including housekeeping and maintenance, were just top notch at what they do. Herman as a ranger was just so much fun, so professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the park cares so much about conservation while the lodge cares so much...

“The facility is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a place geared for families and if that suits you, I don't believe you can do better. Food is buffet style with loads of selection or you can order from the menu. ”

“This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. ”

“Amazing lodge in most amazing safari and game reserve park! Very well organized with breakfast lunch and dinner served in between the game drives. The food was super good and the wildlife guides and drivers are amazing! We saw so many wild animals!!! Ecen live chases of lions going for a kill. Hyenas ckeanung up left over carcasses. Incredible scenery”

“The orst stay for me at a resort so far. There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. We got harassed by a guest due to my friends smoking, but we were...

“Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon ”
