“This was my first time staying at the property. Staff was very nice, the lobby was nice, breakfast was decent. But the amenities was HORRIBLE. The pool was out of order, all the equipment in the gym had "do not use", except the bike. And our room had 3 big towels, 1 face towel, and 1 medium towel. I went down to ask for towels, and was told they were in the dryer and she will bring them up later. That never happened. We had to go across the street to the Dollar Store to buy towels for our 2...

“I was kind of disappointed after staying here in the past. There was no hot water in the room. Air conditioning was not keeping the room good and cool but the rest of the hotel felt really comfortable. Yes it was hot so I didn’t let either of those bother me too much. The shower did have issues with the door so I would think that with this level of hotel it should have many of this addressed with maintenance. All in all the hotel is a great place and might have had that one room that wasn’t...

“Everything was fine”

“I called the hotel three or four days in advance to let them know that I would not be checking in until the morning of and sleeping for a few hours and then leaving out and checkout. When I got to the hotel in about 7:40 AM, the receptionist let me know that they had canceled my role and that they put me as a no-show after me talking to the receptionist and her letting these Manager know 3 to 4 days in advance that I would be coming in that night that I will be coming in the next morning.”

“The Ladies at the desk were friendly rhonda in the breakfast room was wonderful.the room smelled like cat pee the area was suspect I book a room here because it had a pool the pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been open in a while there was a a chicken bone on the floor outside our room 3 days. Not worth the money 1st and last stay here”

“The first room they gave us was full of ants and they had to change us to another room and that room was being repaired so my state was not that good”

“I liked that I had access to a hot breakfast every day except for Sunday, I don’t like that breakfast wasn’t available Sunday. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any clean face towels for 2 days. I didn’t like that the tub and toilet had rust stains.”

“The room was a complete disaster. Bathroom door wouldn't close, bathroom floor worse than dirty, ceiling was falling in, no phone in room, no tow e is on room, no knowledgeable clerks to assist. The water in the toilet was brown, do was afraid to shower. NEVER EVER stay there or any other Americas Best.”

“Moved was moved because roaches was in the first room then I got to second room sheets was yellow pee stains told Management he said nothing could be done I just delt with it because I need some where to lay my head”
