"Clean room, great location "

"Beautiful hotel in quiet location on banks of Lake Geneva. Make sure you get a lake view room, one of the most beautiful views of the lake and mountains in the world. Hotel restaurant also excellent."

"Breakfast was good. No hot food "

"This hotel definitely left something to be desired and I definitely don’t think it meets the mark for a 4 star hotel. My room shower looked nothing like the photos and was very outdated compared to what was advertised. The room was very minimalist with nothing offered there either. Half of the lights in the room weren’t working. They give you a sign to put on your door that says “skip the room clean and we’ll slide a drink ticket under your door”. They did not do that. If you arrive early before check in they won’t let you check in early and won’t tell you when your room is ready. Overall- experience was fine, but definitely seemed more like a 2 star compared to the multiple other 4 star similar priced hotels I stayed at in Switzerland."

"Good hotel! Great location!"

"The place is fine and the location is a good location, but we have a problem with the lights in the room that keep on going off during our stay when we were up and yet they keep on turning it on multiple times during the night when we were asleep therefore we had a bad bad stay we couldn’t sleep well we felt like in the morning we have been up and I think that is definitely not acceptable. I notify the front desk about it and they just say will notify management which in the sense didn’t help us at all because having the worst night unable to get some rest is not what we wanted to have in our trip."

"Breakfast was very poor value for money @ CHF26. Plenty of items available but the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. Expected better for approx £25…but that’s Switzerland pricing, I suppose"

"The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. They were consistently warm and welcoming. They answered questions and offered informed advice. The room was small but laid out beautifully, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The location was wonderful. It was across the street from the train station. It is a five minute walk to the art museum. It is a two minute walk to the funicular which takes you up to the cathedral and restaurants and shops of downtown. A bonus for vegetarians and salad lovers: there’s a historic cafe in the train station with great food and coffee. And the setting is lovely. "
