This is our second stay. We love the lake views from our room’s balcony and the location. Easy to walk to restaurants nearby and we really enjoy the lake walk to the Chateau de Chillon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a free upgrade to room with sea-view (Thank you!). The location is awesome. It's convenient for shopping, dining, bus stops, railway stations. And most of all, it's right next to the lake! The view from balcony is unbeatable. Breakfast is served with a big varieties, and dinner is superb. Would love to stay next time in town.

We loved everything about this hotel! Greeted by George who was terrific as was the other staff. Room was beautiful with a small but gorgeous view of Lake Geneva. Close to the Promonade, the bus, shopping, etc. We highly recommended!

The location on the lake is perfect. The hotel is showing its age. The main Stairway is dangerous since the last step has a different height wich makes it a trip hazard!

The location is incredible - right next to the Christmas markets and the views of the lake and mountains are unbelievable. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. The rooms were quite stark and sterile however. Nothing on the walls, no coffee maker or refrigerator - really bare bones. Some of the tiles on the balcony were broken, which made a bit of a tripping hazard. The bathroom was functional but nothing special but the worst thing was the awful smell of urine and pet dander that would not go away. Our room literally smelled like the worst part of a hospital. The hotel is lovely but it really needs a good facelift!
