"As an american traveler I was very impressed. For the same price I wouldn't get anything close to what I got here back in the US. Very clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff who all thankfully spoke English. Very comfortable and the breakfast was very good every morning. Nice location and would definitely stay again."

"Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. They accommodated my request to check-in late and also gave me a room near the lift as I was recovering from ankle surgery. Though they forget to get me my pre-ordered breakfast to go pack when I checked out. There was no instructions on how to switch the language settings on the TV from Polish to English, which I gave up after trying for 30mins. I also wished there was an option of room service for food or even hot drinks at night. Thanks Christina"

"Despite a slow check in (multiple people waiting to check in and only 1 staff member available) and some trouble in accessing the building (the entry door system malfunctioned), we loved everything else about this hotel apartment. It was spotless and so well equipped from dishwasher to AC and washer. Close to many shops. City parking around the unit was hard to find, so do consider paying 59 PLN for their underground parking. Navigating inside the garage was a bit tricky because directions to the different sections were lacking. But in any case, the nightly rate was so unbeatable. I would 100% stay here again in the future. But bring your own shampoo and body wash, they only had hand soap available in our unit and it was a bit rough on the skin. Thanks Platinum for a wonderful stay!"

"Fabulous room. Incredibly clean and fresh. The rug had a bit of a stain, but it was otherwise superb. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a superb breakfast with everything sell-prepared and fresh. The neighbourhood was clean, safe and had a couple of really good restaurants. I look forward to returning."
