“Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...? We told the front desk and they said we can fix it...tomorrow. At that point it was 8pm. We had booked two nights all inclusive. We left as soon as we could - 7am the next morning. No meals, no beach. Complete waste of our money spent. We asked front desk for a refund and were again told to wait. We had...

“I booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was given a regular room without one. The receptionist explained that the hotel only had two rooms with balconies and that special requests could not be guaranteed. However, this was not a request or a preference—it was the room type I specifically booked and paid extra for. If I had known the balcony room was not guaranteed, I would have chosen a different hotel. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay and have...
