“Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle.”

“Entgegen der Beschreibung handelt es sich um den Komplex Nummer 2 was für reichlich Verwirrung gesorgt hat da in 500 Metern Umkreis drei gleiche Apartment Häuser stehen aber scheinbar nicht viel miteinander zu tun haben... Das Appartment das ich bekam hatte allen ernstes nur eine Klappcouch. Auch auf Nachfrage beim Manager wurde mir das bestätigt. Der Schlafcomfort war desolat. Da ist jede Pension besser. “The hotel was clean and tidy and was a good base for us, the staff (Julie) was brilliant even booking transfers for us back to the airport at nearly half the price of the taxi to the hotel. The kids loved the pool and spent many hours in there. The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurant's and bars being very good and very cheap, with excellent services aswell. The only thing we didn't manage to sort out was using the buses from Sveti Vlas to Sunny beach, but better luck next time...
