“The property was unique and in a great location. We walked to Gibraltar twice and also enjoyed the excellent cafes in La Linea so we got the best of both worlds! Our house boat was the smallest so it was very compact, but it was comfortable for the 2 of us. Storage was thoughtfully appointed, plus the rooftop seating area was comfortable with an awesome view! They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...
