"Lines were super long at check in. My room wasn’t ready and they gave me an “upgrade “ which o am pretty sure was smaller than the one I was supposed to have. The remote didn’t work. We tuned the tv on and then it stuck on public broadcasting. We had to watch opera and high school quiz bowl for 2 hours before someone would come bring us a new remote. Room was clean and location was good. "

"Room seemed a little dated. We were 4 booked in room, but only 3 towels in bathroom. Otherwise it was comfortable. I liked the kiosk to check in and was pleased with early check in!"

"The stay was perfect except the sound insulation was terribly bad. We could hear the neighbours talking loudly from our room and in the corridor day and night. The bathroom shower faucet caused noise when it was turned on and off. I thought my neighbour rooms could know when who were taking shower. "

"Great staff. The suite is a lux experience for the price and you can walk to all the downtown activities. Wish there was complimentary coffee in the lobby. "
