"This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. "This resort is amazing and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the room has a permanently open small window. This makes the bathroom extremely humid and uncomfortable. You have to keep the bathroom door closed so that the room does not feel the same."

"Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice. Other than that, everything was amazing!"
