“Ken and Alejandra have built a mountain paradise. The accommodations are first rate and their grounds are amazing. The breakfasts are excellent with fresh grown and made foods. It is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They are in the mountains north of San Jose. We had a rental car and no problems moving around. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Finca Paraiso!”

“This is a perfect property for travelers needing access to the San Jose Airport and many car rental companies. The property is gated, with street parking in front of the facility. The open kitchen allows guest access to use of fridge, microwave, coffee and water and eating area. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable with spacious bathrooms. No AC but ceiling fan in room. “We stayed coming into San Jose Airport 1 day and 1 day going out ..It is a nice property for a day or 2 ,not alot to see except for park and catherdral nearby..Our shuttle picked us up early in La Fortuna,so we arrived there early...We contacted by WhatsApps and he let us in to store luggage..We needed to use the bathroom bad and he told we had to find someplace else to use ..Rooms were not available ..We were are older and cant hold it like we use too lol..If it had been me i would have offered...
