โWe purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animalsโit added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when weโre back in Costa Rica!โ
โEn primera instancia la habitaciรณn que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerรกmica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones.
Se comunicรณ al personal del hotel que no estรกbamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitaciรณn y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitaciรณn por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atenciรณn y el servicio.โ
โSweet atmosphere, design is authentic to the local area, beautiful gardens, nice staff, good food, free breakfast includes eggs, rice and beans, fruit, juices, good value, especially if you have children and need a suite. โ
โAbsolutely beautiful hotel the only thing I would say needs improvment is to put up sound dampening stuff because you can hear everyone and would have liked the pool to be heated a little but the hotel is beautiful the staff was excellent the rooms are beautifulโ
โThe Bamboo was a great apartment hotel for a one night stay in San Josรฉ. We had airline problems/last minute cancellation with American Airlines and didn't get in until late. The hotel made sure someone was there late and when we needed to go out to meet up with local friends they provided us with the garage gate opener. The breakfast was a great local home made dish.โ
โI'm a native English speaker, but some of the hotel staff spoke limited English. I tried to learn as much as I could before my trip, and it was really helpful! I was able to communicate a bit with the staff. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my wife and me. The property was well maintained, and the pool was refreshing, especially considering how hot it was; it was not heated.
