We liked everything about this hotel. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and had a fantastic view of the city, and the location is a very nice area of Santa Ana with a variety of services on the same block. Parking was included and was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

I love my stay Everybody was really nice and well, more importantly it was very quiet. The rooms always clean on time. The only thing I would like for the pool to be open past 8pm to have more relaxation time, but other than that will be recommend

I had a great stay at this new hotel! The property is clean, modern, and has ample parking, which made arriving and leaving so convenient. I also really appreciated the 24/7 security—it made me feel safe the entire time. There are several restaurants and places to eat nearby, so grabbing a meal was never an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I’ll be returning on my next trip!

The room and all common areas were spotless, the pool was nice although a small bar would have made it better, and the breakfast was delicious with a sunny patio and lots of indoor seating. The staff at front desk were polite but not as friendly or welcoming as I had expected. Great location with many nice restaurants and stores just across the street in the plaza.

Great, clean, new hotel. Theres a plaza in the first floor with access to food, shopping and a Starbucks. Very close to the nice area of San Jose and the Airport. Would def go back.

Had a great stay here. Will return for another booking soon!! Staff was wonderful the room I had with a view was perfect. The only complaint I have is that one of the outlets under my desk wasn’t fully placed properly. You can see the a 3 inch gap in between th drywall. Also the toilet seat wasn’t placed properly it was off centered. Trust and believe I use toilet paper to protect against any kind of germs. Besides that it was a great stay.

The hotel is well located but the first room they gave us had a broken bathroom door. I requested a change and they moved us to a corner room, nice view of the mountains, however the bathroom door was also broken! I cant understand how you dont verify something so basic before using or assigning the room
