“We stayed at Vila Verde for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year in a huge apartment. It has a very relaxed and chilled out feel in the complex, an others mentioned parts need updating but this is being done. The staff are all polite and friendly from the security guards cheering me on my morning run to the reception staff being so helpful and the housekeeping services ensuring our room was always spotlessly clean. “The property is in a great location, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a 15 minute walk. It’s not located somewhere too busy like a main road which is really nice. The apartment that I stayed in was very cosy and clean, with a well equipped kitchenette although there was no washing up liquid to clean the dishes. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, but the published opening office hours online (8.30am to 6pm) don’t quite match the actual office hours. The reception was closed...
