“We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again”

“excellent location and kind staffs”

“Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also”

“Very nice hotel with very nice view.”

“Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento.

We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. ”

“Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3”
