There was sticky liquid on one of the tools on the table. The tea kettle was old and ran down. The table was not cleaned throughly. The AC was not working well. When my mom asked to change to another room because of these reason, she was told that they couldn't do it because they were full. I had to go down to the lobby to complain at the front...

We used the complimentary kayaks and paddled out to the nearest island, rented a scooter and went snorkeling and hung out at the town square, Alu-Alu. Had some very fresh lobster, shrimp and squid. "少し古くなっているのでところどころ傷みがある。壁、絨毯、水道栓等。お湯は安定して出てくる。日本の場合左に回すとお湯が出るが、インドネシアは右に回すとお湯が出る。反対なので初めはお湯が出ないと思っていた。カラオケ屋が設備内にあり、今まで10泊以上したが、一回だけ音が漏れて来る部屋があった。それ以外は静か。コストパフォーマンスでは充分に満足。出張のたびに利用している。"
