The staff was really nice and very flexible. The excursions were fun, and they really do a nice job of accomodating older guests.

It was a highly enjoyable experience. Excellent breakfasts, great service. Next to a great ice-cream place. A walking distance from the National Museum of Fine Arts.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.

The hotel is one of only a few high-end hotels serving tourists to the Atacama Desert. The desert is an enormous attraction, uniquely beautiful, large and various. The hotel offers many excursions to different spots in and near the desert, at different times of the day (sunrise, sunset) and requiring different levels of physical exertion. The staff organizing these are well-informed and very helpful. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The food is as varied as it can be, given...

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. We came for the 2023 Pan AM Games to support our athlete daughter and the whole staff cheered us on! They even surprised us with a late night treat of balloons, a framed photo of her, and...

Friendly staff, clean, greatest breakfast I have ever had. Safe nearby area and convenient location for many things

2 restaurants, bar, spa, huge place, across the road from ocean with no beach plus security fenching around properly. Extremely helpful staff but tours limited to their inventory. Food excellent with limited menu, remember it's +2,000 miles from Whole Food's! Tours are mixed languages, if you have limited Spanish you will spend a lot of time listening to it. Only "bump" shortly after getting to our room (36) the a/c quit. The staff brought an in room portable unit that exhausted hot air through...

The staff at the check-in desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and comfortable. Great dining choices nearby.

Increíble hotel y ubicación. Lo tiene todo!! Volvería siempre. El personal fue siempre atento y cordial. Habitaciones increíbles, desayuno bufette completisimo.

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast, rooms were pretty, gorgeous spa with workout room, kind staff. Good restaurants and nice outdoor shopping center within walking distance. Definitely stay here.
