First and foremost the staff are very welcoming and most helpful. They are at the heart of the hotels wonderful ambiance. The property has a prime location next to a beautiful park and a lively neighborhood full with great restaurants. It’s within walking distance to museums, plaza de armas, the presidential palace among others. We highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome small hotel in a great neighborhood full of many dining options. The only suggestion I have is to add cleaning wipes/rags in the gym.

The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way.
