First and foremost the staff are very welcoming and most helpful. They are at the heart of the hotels wonderful ambiance. The property has a prime location next to a beautiful park and a lively neighborhood full with great restaurants. It’s within walking distance to museums, plaza de armas, the presidential palace among others. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff.
