“It is a above average 3 star hotel. Staff are very polite, courteous & always serving with smiles. Special thanks to Femmy in reception & Aneu in the restaurant. The restaurant provided very authentic & tasty local cuisine. Initially I was allocated room in the front but It was change straight away to room in the due traffic noise.”

“The pool needs to be cleaned, lots of algae on the bottom of the pool. There was a dead squirrel on the sidewalk outside our door for several hours. The floor in the bathroom is very rough, it is a trip hazard when using the bathroom at night. Two of us got sick eating at the restaurant, probably undercooked sate. Very noisy as a major road runs just outside the entrance.”

“Check in process are so fast, facility is good enough”

“The hotel food is too expensive.. are you guys kidding me ?? Sometimes the food is more expensive than jakarta... what are you guys thinking ??? The breakfast quiality was not even average.. by the way why there are only few employees during breakfast ?? The service was so slow”
