Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.”

“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler.
