“Our entire stay was idyllic. The staff were all top notch professional hospitalitiers. They were knowledgeable about the area, quick to help with every step of the stay. Oliver and Sophie had solutions to every question or need. Iryna and Tina were some of the best waitstaff for dinner and tea service. The spa was a lovely oasis and garden of eden boxed up together. “The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby.”
