“Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude”

“A beautiful location and an ideal base to explore the west coast. Rooms were spacious, clean & beds very comfortable. Staff all very helpful & friendly and the food was great too. We visited during a heatwave (which is rare) but it was uncomfortably hot in the room, even with fans - air conditioning would be ideal and if the weather patterns continue, this might be a worthwhile investment? The only other thing we missed was a fridge in the room - being able to chill drinks would’ve been even...

"Everything was perfect: compact and well-cleaned double bedroom, sufficient breakfast, and amiable reception. But most of all, cheers to kind employees: my phone screen went black on the last three days of my visit to Dublin, but the receptionist working from the check-in hour(15:00) to dinner time would calm me, informing that I would be able to take my plane without QR code or printed ticket as long as I have my passport and that airport coaches accept payment via credit card at the bus stop. She also allowed me to make international phone calls to my family at the reception desk (of course, everything was done according to the hotel’s policy). In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel for first-time visitors to Dublin: the employees are willing to help out guests as much as possible within their authority."
