“On the first night's stay, occupants of the adjacent room came in at about 1:00 AM and proceeded to bring their loud noisy party into their room. It might not have been noticeable except for the walls that are apparently paper-thin. Their inconciderate annoyance lasted about 15 minutes until after I finally pounded on the common door. On the second night, there was a strong thunderstorm with rain that must have come in where the air conditioner is located and left a large puddle on the floor....

“The room was clean but the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance, Main elevator not working and the staff said it has been down all summer. Inside the hotel needs paint and floors need attention. The wall in our bathroom was warped from water damage. The stairs outside had bubbling paint on all surfaces.”
