“The hotel itself was fine. My issue was with Expedia. I thought we reserved a harborside room but their site wasn't clear . Also they said pay on site upon arrival, but the hotel charged 55 % upfront.”

Cons; Hilton app was not working (couldnt sign in and staff did not help), AC in the room not working properly( working very noisy and did not collect moisture in the room, hotel staff not helpful ( I requested 2 hrs early checkin if available because of the poor air quality outside and they did not help us with a very strict manner), overpriced when I think about price/quality ratio.”

“The main property was nice but we stayed in the 2nd building. There were no elevators so it was hard if you had large luggage. Our room was dirty and so was the surrounding area. The staff would leave all their towels and cleaning supplies in piles so it was hard to walk around at times. Our room smelled of mold. The breakfast was average.
