“We loved our stay! The location is fantastic you can easily walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, so there’s really no need for a car for everything. The property was so cute and cozy. The staff had great customer service, which is something you don’t find very often anymore. They were also very accommodating of my service dog. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast.”

“Breakfast was OK. I don't eat eggs and was looking forward to waffles and maybe bacon some mornings. You do NOT have a waffle maker which I looked forward to. Also, be prepared that your room is not cleaned for the length of your stay. Towels are provided but you must go to main desk to ask for replacements. “Brought home fleas from the hotel. Never had flies in my life, cut our stay early and left because my husband was getting bitten. Have been trying to call and talk to the manager but now they wont call me back.”

“We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.”

“We love staying at the Avenue! It’s our 4th year and plan on returning. It’s super clean and we love the onsite pool! We love how it’s close to everything. We were super sad that the golf cart ride to the beach was gone. We loved riding with Lew and it was sooooo helpful with my mom and her walker in the past summers. Please try to bring it back. Only complaint was the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, even my 4 and 6 year olds complained.”

“Even though it took a while to get into our hotel room, the overall experience was great. The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and we had a wonderful stay. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was an awesome place to stay, and I have no complaints.”

“The room is small but clean, air conditioning works great and they have a remote check in, which worked great. The staff is very friendly and professional. We spent one night at the hotel and everything was good, the next day we realized my daughter left an expensive device there, we get in touch with the manager who confirmed the cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back.”
