"We were very disappointed in the cable channel choices. Sunday we were watching ESPN but when we came back from dinner we couldn’t get it. On Monday afternoon we were watching MSNOW and CNN but we couldn’t get it when we returned from dinner. Very disappointing. The showerhead was disgustingly dirty. We told the gentleman at the front desk about it and someone came to the room within ten minutes to replace it. Other than the lack of good cable channel choices we always enjoy our stay at the Henlopen Hotel."

"Always a nice stay at the Avenue. The only thing I would change is the brand of coffee. I do not like their coffee it tastes weak and has no boldness at all to it. Everything else is wonderful. Please get a better brand of coffee, maybe from one of the local roasters in town. Having a good bold coffee and supporting local coffee shops in town would be a great addition to an already great Inn. Coffee starts your guests day, help make it a much better start."
