“Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient, but the property is in need of a bit of TLC. The Ice machine on the 5th floor was broken, room carpet was dirty, our shower head needed replacement, the gym machine attachments didn't work, treadmill was out of order, door didn't close properly in our room and the laundry requires 12 quarters per wash or dry but the hotel was out of quarters... Overall, we had a good stay and it was relatively hassle-free but these little details need attention.”
