“This is a very basic hotel. The shower was hot, the beds comfortable, the room was clean, and the beach was easy walking distance. Unfortunately, no one did anything about loud, disruptive behavior every night outside on hotel property. There was no coffee available early in the lobby and no coffee maker in the rooms. “Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

“This hotel was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean. The room was very nice with lots of room. the location is very convenient to the beach. You can't beat the view from this hotel. I'd stay here again.”

“Even though I've booked this at least 2.5 months back, we were put on the pet floor (we didn't have pets with us). Constant barking in all the rooms. The refrigerator stopped working the 2nd night so all of our perishables in the fridget went bad. I told the management and nothing was done about it.”
