There was a regular pool and a warm one that was perfect for el valle’s cooler weather. Kids loved it. I loved that they also provide sunblock. The spa is really quite special! I only used the wet areas and it was so relaxing. They can certainly improve on the service. Everyone was nice but service was quite slow. “the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”
