These 2 men work insanely hard and it shows how much they care about the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It was brand new and absolutely stunning! A must stay. "Schrecklich! Ein totes Resort ohne Gäste und von der Zeit stark verlebt. Das Zimmer stank, das Bad war eine totale Katastrophe - dreckig und nichts funktionierte. Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...

"This riad is an absolute gem, from the helpful staff to the lovely rooms and setting. It's worth mentioning though that Al-Jadida itself has not been maintained for tourists in the ways bigger cities such as Marrakesh have been. It was difficult to find restaurants, the steets were much dirtier than elsewhere in Morroco, and there was very little to see or do. I would not recommend Al-Jadida as a sightseeing or liesure destination."

"Before I begin forget about AC on this property only 2 towels in each room , The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...room are worst quality i had to mop myself the room to sleep there , i had some request where is free in other hotels and we been...
