Vacation Rentals in Eti Osa

I have been a satisfied customer at your hotel, but I've encountered a recurring issue that needs attention. The staff members seem to overlook verifying payments made through Expedia, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Issue Details 1. I book and fully pay through Expedia. 2. Upon arrival, staff claims payment is pending or incorrect. 3. This has happened consistently, causing unnecessary stress. Request 1. Improve payment verification processes. 2. Ensure staff thoroughly checks...

My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. After a few nights in our first room - We ran into an unpleasant smell, upon complaining - in the middle of the night - The management quickly moved us out and into a new room which seemed nice. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply...

Great location in Ikoyi, quiet and comfortable with friendly staff, good service, and a clean pool. Overall, great value for money. Would stay again.

The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. The little hotel is also in a great area, with...

excellent amenities, courteous, attentive, and professional staff, great menu options

Hotel staff were hiding the promo reduced rates for Christmas and it caused an issue before they finally accepted to show me the real promo prices! Wondering if they are keeping the extras for themselves....

This was probably technically the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Lagos yet. Very beautiful room and shower. I don't know if I would stay again though. Breakfast was very bad. No egg station! And it was cold. Service was great though and tried to make the best of it. Also, unbelievable that there isn't a pool. Really quite a shame.

Excellent!!! I would visit Ziba Resort again in a heart beat. Neat and very friendly staff who are ready to help. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend, unfortunately they were fully booked. Don’t think twice. Book now and enjoy.

Great Staff

Great service and staff , loved my stay and the gym was really top notch

I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth...

Great stay and amazing environment. Good and polite staff

This is an immaculately cleaned hotel. That’s what is most impressive to me. Inside the rooms and the grounds are well kept. Breakfast service offered a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The bar area is very nice with lively music playing in a clean and relaxing environment!
