Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals.

The room was ok. No glasses provided. Unfortunately the hotel did not provide me with a code to enter the estate and this almost left me stranded at the entry as the security did not allow me entry. Thank God the uber driver was going to pick someone inside and got a code and was able to bring me inside. Also the hotel phone number on Expedia was not reachable. So you need a code that expires after 4 hrs and can only be used one. The most terrible thing that will stay with me throughout my life was that I checked in around 4pm and the small lady who checked me in was still at the reception around 3am the next day sleep on the floor on a sheet behind the reception counter when I went to ask for a glass. It was an unbelievable site and should not be happening in 2025 for a place charging this daily price. Please treat your staff much better and the security man was also asleep at the gate on the Chair and did not hear the car that wanted to enter, that somebody from inside had to come out to open the gate.
