“Good hotel with good staff. Excellent service.”

“The Apartment is in an area where there is eateries , shops of all various things and also very easy to locate. environment was quite and serene .The apartment was top notch clean, bed was super soft with lovely beddings. Hot shower was super and toilet clean. A/C was super cool and the tv was full of stations to choose from.Kitchen well equiped. Ijeoma and her staff Okala were more than helpful. My Stay was 100 over 100”

“This is the hotel to be in Abuja. Abuja needed this new hotel as the existing establishment has lost its glamour long time ago. Kind staff with best food. No complaint except the price for the boardroom rental, which is more expensive than the room itself!”

“An excellent stay. We came here last minute after another hotel didn't honor our reservation. We loved staying here. The staff was excellent, laundry service was great, wifi worked well, and AC worked. The walk-in shower was nice too. We can't overstate how great the service was. “In all it was a very good stay, however, they seemed to have an issue with hotels.com, which led to me paying an extra N5000. But apart from that the hotel was great and I will book again.”

“ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.”

“現在はシェラトンではなく、ABUJA CONTINETAL HOTELです。もともとあった1階の受付は閉じられており、その横に小さな机が２つ置かれて、臨時の受付をしていました。1階にはオフィスやお店がありますが、大くが営業活動をしていません。 部屋は活気がなく、ひと気もまばらです。私の客室通路のランプは壊れ、灯はついていませんでした。通路の先はごみが散らかっていました。ワードローブの扉はうまく空きませんでした。スプリンクラーの数が少なく、火災が起きた際は心配です。 一方で、毎日水は提供してくれました、朝食もおいしくいただきました。シャワーのお湯も、水圧も問題ありません。WIFI環境は部屋によって異なります。私が最初に使った部屋は、数日後にアクセスできなくなりましたが、引っ越しした部屋ではうまく利用できました。 リノベーションをしての再生を期待しています。 ”

“First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min.
